- Getting Started: There's a one time initial setup fee to kick things off and cover the groundwork of getting your Etsy presence established.
- Shared Success (Profit Share): Our main compensation comes from a share of the shop's monthly net profits. This means we're truly invested in making your shop successful we only do well when you do well!
- Clear Money Flow:
- Etsy deposits your shop's entire earnings directly into your bank account.
- Costs for creating and shipping products (Supplier Costs) are paid directly by the supplier from a payment card you control and link to your bank account ( We recommend using a Virtual Card as it adds a nice layer of security, but this is optional).
- We send you a detailed report each month showing the shop's revenue, the costs, and the calculated net profit.
- Based on that report, you pay us our agreed upon share.
- Managing Costs: The goal is always for your shop's revenue to cover its own Operational costs (like Etsy fees and those supplier payments).
- Total Transparency: You receive a clear, itemized report every month. You'll see the revenue, Etsy fees, supplier costs, how the net profit is calculated, and how the profit share is determined. No hidden fees, no surprises.

Passive POD: How It Works
- Getting Started: We'll help you set up the basic structure for your Etsy shop.
- Designing & Listing the Products: We'll design unique, eye catching graphics for your items and get them listed in your shop.

Orders Handled :When a customer places an order our supplier gets notified automatically. They handle the printing, packing, and shipping directly to your happy customer. We actively manage and oversee every step with the supplier, ensuring things run smoothly without errors or hold ups.
- Smooth Sailing with Payments: The supplier charges the cost for making and shipping the item directly to the card you have on file. We carefully monitor these supplier charges to ensure accuracy and prevent any mistakes, like double charging. Separately, Etsy deposits the full amount the customer paid straight into your linked bank account, following their regular payment schedule.
- Sharing the Success (Your Profits!): At the end of each month, we'll tally everything up to figure out the shop's Net Profit. We'll send you a clear, easy to read report showing all the details. From that final profit number, you then pay us our agreed percentage share.

- Stress Free Fulfillment: We manage the whole process with our trusted printing partners, ensuring orders are made right and shipped directly to happy customers.

Your Role: Simple Setup, Passive Growth
Your role is refreshingly simple, mostly just at the beginning:
- Getting Started: We'll need your accurate info just so Etsy can do its usual verification checks when setting up the account.
- Where Etsy Pays You: Just link the bank account where you want your Etsy earnings deposited. You'll also need to add a payment card, this is only used by the supplier to cover making and shipping costs.
- Staying in Sync: Each month, just take a look at the report we send showing how your shop did. Then, you'll pay us our agreed upon share of the profits made. Or, if you prefer to automate this step, we can help set that up too.
- Quick Updates: If your contact details or bank info change down the line, just give us a quick heads up so everything stays current.
- Let Us Drive: To make sure everything runs smoothly, it's best to let us handle the adjustments to shop settings, product listings, and the technical links we've set up.
